The CRTC enforces CASL and the telemarketing rules, and CASL penalties for businesses reach $10 million per violation. Privacy is overseen federally by the Privacy Commissioner and, in some provinces, by provincial regulators. Here is what each rule changes in your build; it is a summary, not legal advice.

GoHighLevel bills in US dollars: US$97 a month for Starter, US$297 for Unlimited and US$497 for the Pro plan, which adds SaaS reselling, with a 14-day free trial. Canadian numbers, call minutes, SMS and AI usage come out of a prepaid wallet on top of the plan. Many Canadian businesses also sell south of the border; if you text US customers from US numbers, those numbers need A2P 10DLC registration, and we file that for you.
