Who is Abdullah Hassan?
Abdullah Hassan is the founder of AutomateX360 and the person who scopes and builds most of its systems. His work is hands-on: setting up GoHighLevel agency and sub-accounts, building pipelines and workflows, connecting AI voice agents built on Vapi AI and Retell AI to calendars and CRMs, and repairing automations that someone else left half-finished.

Which markets does AutomateX360 serve?
We work with clients in five markets. Each has different rules for calling, texting and storing customer data, so the same automation is set up differently in each:
- United States: A2P 10DLC registration for business texting and TCPA consent rules
- Canada: CASL consent for commercial messages
- United Kingdom: UK GDPR and PECR
- Australia: the Spam Act and the Do Not Call Register
- Dubai and the UAE: WhatsApp-first lead handling in Arabic and English

Which tools does AutomateX360 work with?
GoHighLevel is the core of almost every build. Around it we use Vapi AI and Retell AI for voice agents, Closebot and GoHighLevel's own AI for chat, Make.com and Zapier to connect other software, and the WhatsApp Business API for markets where customers message rather than call.
