The ICO regulates both electronic marketing (PECR) and personal data (UK GDPR), and it fines businesses that text or call without the right permission. Each rule below changes something in how we build your workflows. Treat it as a plain-English summary, not legal advice.

The UK runs on Greenwich Mean Time (UTC+0) in winter and British Summer Time (UTC+1) from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October. Phone numbers, call minutes, text messages and AI usage are paid for separately from a prepaid wallet. A UK number cannot be issued until HighLevel’s phone provider approves a regulatory bundle with your company address, so that is the first thing we submit.
