Published assistant plans are month-to-month. Per-project and support-desk work is quoted from the scope you send.

You sold the work. We build it under your brand, inside your accounts, and your client never learns our name.

Quick answer

AutomateX360 is a white label fulfillment partner for marketing agencies. We build and run GoHighLevel systems, funnels, websites and automations under your brand and inside your accounts, through four models: done-for-you fulfillment, dedicated VA placement, a white label support desk, and per-project overflow.

No long-term contract. Assistant plans run month to month. Per-project work is quoted per project.

In detail

The four models, in detail

Same team behind all four. What changes is who holds the brief and how you pay for it.

Done-for-you fulfillment

You close the deal and hand over the scope. We build the whole system inside your client’s sub-account — pipelines, workflows, funnels, calendars, integrations, the automations behind them — and hand you a Loom walkthrough plus written notes so your account manager can present it as your team’s work. You keep the margin and the relationship; we stay a line item on your side of the ledger.

Best when: you sell a defined package repeatedly and want delivery to stop being the thing that limits how many you sell.

White label support desk

The unglamorous work that eats an agency alive: “my calendar stopped syncing”, “the automation fired twice”, “why did this lead not get the text”. We take those tickets against your accounts, diagnose them properly rather than restarting the workflow and hoping, and report back in your channel. Your team stops context-switching out of billable work to firefight.

Best when: you have a retained client base and support volume, not project volume, is what is actually burning your team.

Per-project overflow

One build, one fixed price, no retainer and no commitment past delivery. This is how most partnerships start, because it lets you judge the work on something real instead of on a sales call. It is also the right shape for a platform you deliberately do not staff for — a WordPress build, a Shopify store, a migration off a CRM your team has never touched.

Best when: demand is lumpy, or you sold something outside your team’s usual stack and would rather not learn it on a client’s deadline.

Fit check

Who this fits — and who it doesn’t

A partnership that isn’t a fit wastes both our time. This is the honest version.

A good fit if…

  • You sell GoHighLevel, automation or web work and delivery is the bottleneck.
  • You are turning down projects, or quietly missing deadlines on the ones you took.
  • You want capacity without payroll, recruiting or the ramp-up of a new hire.
  • You need a platform you don’t staff for — GHL, WordPress, Shopify, a migration.
  • You are comfortable staying the client-facing owner of the relationship.

Not a fit if…

  • You want us to sell for you. We fulfil; new business stays yours.
  • You need someone on-site, or in a single overlapping timezone all day.
  • You want the cheapest possible hourly rate above all else.
  • You expect us to take over the client relationship or bill them directly.
  • The scope changes daily and nobody on your side owns the brief.
Invisible delivery

How invisible delivery works

Your client should never have a reason to learn our name. The mechanics of that are simple and worth stating plainly.

You own the relationship

You scope, you quote, you bill. We never contact your client directly unless you explicitly put us in a shared channel and ask us to.

We work inside your accounts

Your GoHighLevel agency account, your sub-accounts, your hosting, your domains. Nothing is built somewhere we control and handed over later.

One brief, one channel

Slack, a shared board, or email — whichever you already run. Requests go in one place so nothing lives in someone’s DMs.

Written handover on every build

Loom walkthrough and written notes, so your account manager can explain the system to the client without us in the room.

On contracts and confidentiality: partner terms — NDA, IP assignment, notice periods and any replacement or trial arrangement — are agreed in writing before the first build, and vary by engagement model. Bring your own paper if you have it; we will work to it. Ask on the call and you will get specifics rather than a policy page written for someone else.

Trade-offs

What it costs

These are the published, month-to-month plans for a dedicated GoHighLevel assistant. The Scale tier is the one most agency partners run on, because it includes white label agency support.

  • Calendar and lead follow-up
  • Basic workflow assistance

Premium dedicated operations partner

  • Senior-level GHL specialist
  • White label agency support
  • Snapshot development & SOPs
  • Multi-location account management

Per-project and support-desk work is quoted, not listed. A one-off funnel, a migration and a monthly ticket allowance are genuinely different pieces of work, and a made-up number on a web page helps neither of us. Send the scope — you will get a fixed price and a delivery date, usually the same day.

The proof is other people’s screenshots

Every review on our reviews page is a screenshot from Upwork or Fiverr, transcribed in full — including the repeat-hire history, which is the part that matters when you are deciding whether to route client work to a stranger.

What clients rehire for

  • GoHighLevel builds and sub-account setup
  • Automation and workflow repair on accounts someone else left broken
  • WordPress and website delivery
  • AI voice agent and chatbot implementation

  • Clients in 6 countries
  • 5.0 rating on both Upwork and Fiverr

FAQ

Partner questions

Will my client ever know you exist?

Not from us. We work inside your GoHighLevel agency account and your hosting, under your branding, and we do not contact your clients directly. Anything client-facing goes through you unless you explicitly add us to a shared channel.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, and we are happy to work to your paper rather than ours. Confidentiality, IP assignment and notice terms are agreed in writing before the first build starts, so there is nothing to argue about later.

Which model should we start with?

Most agencies start with per-project overflow, because it carries no commitment and lets you judge the work on a real build. If the volume turns out to be steady, a dedicated assistant is cheaper per hour than repeated project pricing.

What platforms do you actually cover?

GoHighLevel first and deepest — sub-accounts, workflows, funnels, snapshots and reporting. Beyond that: WordPress, Shopify and GoHighLevel sites, CRM migrations, Make, Zapier and n8n integrations, and Vapi or Retell voice agents.

How fast can you start?

For a dedicated assistant, most clients have someone working inside their account within 2–3 business days of the strategy call and onboarding. Per-project work depends on the queue at the time — you will get a real date, not an optimistic one.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. The assistant plans are month-to-month, and you can upgrade, downgrade or stop as your pipeline changes. Per-project work is priced per project.

What happens if the assigned person doesn’t work out?

Tell us early. Replacement and trial arrangements are part of the partner terms we agree before starting, and they are handled on our side rather than becoming your recruiting problem.

Can you white label reporting for our clients?

Yes. Reporting is built inside your GoHighLevel account with your branding, and written handovers are produced so your account manager can present the work without us in the room.

Let’s talk capacity, not marketing

Tell us what you sold and what is stuck. You will get a straight answer on whether we can take it, what it costs, and when it ships.

No long-term contract. Assistant plans run month to month. Per-project work is quoted per project.
