White Label Support Desk for Agencies
Support desk spec
Pricing is scoped from a month of your real tickets — redacted is fine. Coverage, response targets and escalation are written in before the desk goes live.
Tickets come to us. Answers go out in your name. Your account managers get their week back.
A white label support desk means your clients’ CRM and automation tickets come to us and go back out under your agency’s name. Broken workflows, failed integrations, calendar and form problems, deliverability, and the endless “how do I” questions. Your account managers stop firefighting, and you stop losing retainers to support fatigue.
Scoped, not listed. Pricing is set against your real ticket volume and the coverage hours you need. Notice periods run both ways and are agreed in writing.
What lands on the desk
The recurring categories, in roughly the order they show up in a real agency inbox.
Workflows that stopped firing
A nurture sequence went quiet, a trigger stopped matching, a tag stopped applying. We trace it, fix it, and tell you in plain language what broke and why.
GoHighLevel supportIntegration failures
Zapier, Make, n8n and webhook connections that silently stopped passing data — the failure nobody notices until a month of leads is missing.
API integrationCalendars, forms and booking
Double bookings, timezone drift, forms submitting into nothing, calendars that quietly stopped syncing with the CRM.
GoHighLevel setupDeliverability and messaging
SMS not sending, email landing in spam, A2P campaign rejections, sender authentication that was never finished properly.
Email & SMS marketingUser and permission questions
The “how do I…” tickets from your client’s staff — individually trivial, collectively an account manager’s entire afternoon.
Courses & onboardingReporting and dashboards
Numbers that stopped matching, dashboards that stopped loading, attribution that stopped attributing.
CRM automationWho this fits — and who it doesn’t
This fits you if
- Your account managers spend more time on support than on growth and retention
- Your support load scales with client count, so every new retainer costs you capacity
- Tickets arrive scattered across email, SMS, WhatsApp and phone calls with no queue behind them
- You have lost a retainer because support was slow, not because the work was bad
- You want a support layer without adding a support hire to payroll
This is not for you if
- You want us fronting your clients with no agreement or brand guidance in place
- You need round-the-clock cover assumed rather than agreed — coverage hours are set up front
- You want us supporting a system nobody documented and nobody can grant access to
- The tickets are really change requests; that is build work, and it gets priced as build work
- You want the desk to also own the client relationship — that stays yours
What gets agreed before the first ticket
Coverage and response targets
Written into the agreement and matched to the hours you are actually buying — not a headline number published here and then qualified later. We would rather commit to something we hit.
Scope, in both directions
What counts as support and what counts as a build, what escalates straight back to you, and what an urgent ticket means in practice. Settled once, in writing, so it is never argued per ticket.
How we appear
Behind your account manager, or in a shared inbox on your domain. Either way the reply reads as your agency. We never sign an email with our name unless you have asked us to.
How the desk gets stood up
Scoped from your real ticket history, not from an assumption about ticket volume.
Scope the desk
We go through a month of your actual tickets: volume, categories, and which genuinely need a human. That is what sets coverage hours and price — not a guess.
Agree the rules in writing
Coverage, response targets, in-scope and out-of-scope, the escalation path, and how something urgent reaches a person. Signed before the first ticket, not negotiated during one.
Wire up one intake channel
A shared inbox, a form on your site, a Slack channel, or your existing helpdesk. Scattered intake is the single biggest reason support feels infinite.
Run it, then report on it
Tickets worked, resolutions written down, and a periodic view of what breaks most often. That last part usually reveals a build problem you can fix once and stop paying for monthly.
Support desk vs the alternatives
What actually changes when support stops living inside your account managers’ inboxes.
| White-label support desk | Account managers absorbing it | A dedicated support hire | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Effect on AM capacity | Freed for retention and upsell | Consumed by tickets | Freed |
| Cost shape | Agreed monthly, scoped to volume | Hidden inside salaries you already pay | Salary, tools and payroll tax |
| Cover when someone is away | Continuous | Whoever happens to be around | Nobody |
| Ticket history | Written and searchable | In one person’s inbox | Depends entirely on the hire |
| Root-cause visibility | Reported back to you | Rarely surfaces at all | Sometimes |
| Scaling with client count | Adjust the agreement | Degrades | Hire another person |
How this is priced
Support is the one thing we do not publish a list price for, because a desk handling forty tickets a month and one handling four hundred are not the same product. Pricing is scoped from your ticket history.
Priced against a month of your real tickets and the coverage hours you need. You see the number before anything is signed.
Partners already on monthly capacity often fold a light support load into the same agreement rather than running a separate desk.
Send us a month of tickets — redacted is fine — and you get a scoped number back. Coverage hours, response targets and escalation are written into the agreement before the desk goes live.
How we stay invisible
You own the relationship
You scope, quote and bill. We do not contact your client directly unless you put us in a shared channel and ask us to.
We work inside your accounts
Your agency account, your sub-accounts, your hosting and domains. Nothing is built somewhere we control and handed over afterwards.
Written handover, every build
Loom walkthrough plus written notes, so your account manager can present the work without us in the room.
Terms in writing first
NDA, IP assignment, notice periods and any replacement or trial arrangement are agreed before the first build. Bring your own paper — we will work to it.
Proof you can check yourself
Every review on our reviews page is a screenshot from Upwork or Fiverr, transcribed in full — including repeat-hire history, which is the part that matters when you are deciding whether to route client work to a stranger.
What clients rehire for
- Diagnosing automation failures other people built
- Explaining a fix in language a client can repeat
- Turning up consistently, which is what support actually is
Track record
- 100+ systems built across 20+ industries
- Clients in 6 countries
- 5.0 rating on both Upwork and Fiverr
- Repeat engagements, not one-off gigs
Partner questions
Do you talk to my clients directly?
Only if you want us to, and only under your brand. Many partners keep us behind the account manager — tickets get forwarded to us, answers go back out in their name. Others put us in a shared inbox on their own domain. Both work. We agree which before the first ticket, not after.
What are your response times?
Set in your agreement and matched to the coverage hours you are buying. We deliberately do not publish a headline response time here, because every one you see advertised comes with conditions attached further down the page.
What counts as support and what counts as a new build?
If it worked before and stopped, it is support. If it never existed and now needs building, it is build work. That line goes into the agreement in writing so it is never re-litigated ticket by ticket.
Can you support systems you did not build?
Yes, after an audit. We need access and a rough map of what exists. Where documentation is missing we write it as we go — and for most agencies that documentation ends up worth more than the tickets it came from.
Which platforms do you cover?
GoHighLevel first, plus the automation layer around it: Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks and direct API connections, and the website platforms we build on. If your stack has something unusual in it, tell us at scoping rather than assuming.
What happens when something cannot be fixed?
It escalates to you with what we tried, what we ruled out and what we believe the cause is. We do not sit on a ticket to protect a resolution statistic.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Pricing is scoped to your volume and coverage hours, so there is no meaningful list price or standard minimum. Notice periods run both ways and are agreed in writing before the desk goes live.
How do you keep our clients’ data safe?
NDA before access. Least-privilege user accounts inside your systems rather than shared logins. Access removed on the date you name. We do not export client data out of the systems you granted us access to.
