Partner terms — volume across multiple placements, notice period and payment schedule — are agreed in writing before the first day. So are replacement terms.

The same trained people on your accounts every day — not a shared pool, not a ticket queue.

Quick answer

A dedicated VA team means one or more GoHighLevel-trained assistants working only on your agency’s accounts, under your brand, at a fixed monthly cost. Not a shared pool and not a rotating ticket queue — the same people, learning your systems and your clients, from $399/month.

Published tiers from $399/month. Partner terms are agreed in writing before the first day — notice period, payment schedule and volume across placements.

Fit check

Who this fits — and who it doesn’t

This fits you if

  • You need consistent daily execution, not project bursts
  • You have tried freelancers and lost the context every time one left
  • A local hire costs several times more than the work justifies
  • You want someone who already knows GoHighLevel rather than someone you must teach it to
  • You would rather direct one person than manage a queue

This is not for you if

  • You have no SOPs and no capacity to define what “done” looks like — a dedicated assistant needs direction, not telepathy
  • You want strategy set for you; the assistant executes, you decide what gets executed
  • You need a few hours of work total — per-project overflow is cheaper and more honest for that
  • You expect a full-time person for a part-time price
  • You need someone physically in your office
The difference

Dedicated, shared and freelance are not the same thing

Dedicated

One assistant, your accounts only, fixed monthly cost. They learn your clients, your naming conventions and your standards, and that knowledge compounds instead of resetting. This is what we place.

Shared pool

Cheaper per hour, and someone different every time. Fine for one-off tasks with no context; poor for anything where knowing last month’s decision matters.

Freelance

Flexible until the person takes another contract. The real cost is not the hourly rate, it is re-teaching your systems to the next one and losing whatever was never written down.

Placement process

How a placement works

Most bad placements are bad role definitions. So we start there rather than with a CV pile.

Define the actual role

We write it with you: which accounts, which tools, which recurring tasks, and what “done” looks like at the end of each day. This is the step that decides whether the placement works.

Match, not a shortlist dump

We put forward assistants already trained on GoHighLevel and suited to that role, and you interview them yourself. You are not handed fifty CVs and left to sort it out.

Onboard into your systems

Access at the permission level you choose, your SOPs, and a supervised first period working your accounts — supervised by us, so the ramp is not your management overhead.

You direct, we manage

You set the work. We handle employment, cover and quality. If a placement is not working, say so — replacement terms are agreed in writing before you start, not improvised afterwards.

Under your brand

How we stay invisible

You own the relationship

You scope, quote and bill. We do not contact your client directly unless you put us in a shared channel and ask us to.

We work inside your accounts

Your agency account, your sub-accounts, your hosting and domains. Nothing is built somewhere we control and handed over afterwards.

Written handover, every build

Loom walkthrough plus written notes, so your account manager can present the work without us in the room.

Terms in writing first

NDA, IP assignment, notice periods and any replacement or trial arrangement are agreed before the first build. Bring your own paper — we will work to it.

Proof

Proof you can check yourself

Every review on our reviews page is a screenshot from Upwork or Fiverr, transcribed in full — including repeat-hire history, which is the part that matters when you are deciding whether to route client work to a stranger.

What clients rehire for

  • Assistants who stayed on the same accounts long enough to matter
  • Work that did not need re-checking every morning
  • Clear written communication across timezones

Track record

  • 100+ systems built across 20+ industries
  • Clients in 6 countries
  • 5.0 rating on both Upwork and Fiverr
  • Repeat engagements, not one-off gigs
Partner FAQ

Partner questions

Is the assistant really dedicated to us, or shared?

Dedicated. They work your accounts, not a rotating queue. That is the entire reason the model costs more than a shared pool and the entire reason it is worth more — context that compounds instead of resetting.

Do they already know GoHighLevel?

Yes. Every assistant we place is trained and experienced with GoHighLevel before working on client accounts. You are not paying your own rate to teach someone the platform.

Who manages them day to day?

You direct the work — priorities, tasks, standards. We handle employment, cover and quality, and we stay in the loop during the ramp so the learning curve is not your management overhead.

What if the placement is not working out?

Tell us early rather than late. Replacement terms — notice, trial arrangement and how a swap is handled — are agreed in writing before the first day, so nobody is negotiating it under pressure.

What hours do they work?

Agreed before the placement starts, based on the overlap your agency actually needs with your team and your clients. We put the hours in writing rather than promising coverage in general terms.

Can one assistant cover more than one of our clients?

Yes, and most do. The limit is the total workload, not the number of logos. If the load outgrows one person we will tell you before quality slips, not after.

Will our clients know the assistant is not on our staff?

Not unless you tell them. The assistant works under your brand, from your systems, on your email if you set one up. How they are introduced to clients is entirely your call.

How is this different from your support desk?

A dedicated VA is a person executing your recurring work. The support desk is a queue absorbing reactive client tickets. Agencies with a heavy build and ops load want the VA; agencies drowning in inbound tickets want the desk. Some run both.
