How does the billing work?
$35 is charged when you subscribe, then automatically on the same date each month. There is a two-month minimum term — $70 in total — after which the plan runs month to month with no further commitment and no cancellation fee.
How do I cancel?
Email us from the address on your account with "Cancel subscription" in the subject line. No retention call, no special form, no reason required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month and we confirm it in writing within two business days. Cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
Your site goes offline at the end of your final paid month. This is a managed service, not a one-off build you own outright — hosting is part of the subscription, so it ends when the subscription does. Your domain stays yours, and your content stays yours: ask within 30 days and we send you an export free of charge. If owning the files outright matters to you, tell us before you order and we will quote a build-and-own option instead.
